The NKEU Working Group for Chapter 23 warns the public that the frequent transfer of public prosecutors from one department to another, without a written explanation, along with the constant violation of the provisions of the Law on Public Prosecutions, indicates that the chief public prosecutor is harassing public prosecutors who supported the reform of the public prosecution, after changes to the Constitution of the RS.
